* Offer valid February 25 - May 5, 2018. Eligible Commercial customers who register online at DuralastDays.com between 2/11-3/11/2018 and make average weekly net qualifying purchases (”AWS”) of Duralast parts during the ten (10) week promotion period from AutoZone that are at least 10% higher than their AWS on Duralast parts between 10/22-11/18/17, 11/26-12/16/17, and 1/14-2/3/18 (“baseline period”), will receive a rebate in the form of a Prepaid Visa® Card for 10% of the sales increase during the offer period if such sales increase is at least $250. Offer is valid only for AutoZone National Account Commercial customers from one of the following parent accounts ASA, Casper, ProVantage. who are in good standing at time of redemption. Earned rebate amount must be at least $25 to be eligible to receive a Prepaid Visa® Card. Offers cannot be combined. Contact your Territory Sales Manager for details. Prepaid Visa® Cards will be delivered to qualifying AutoZone Commercial customers 6-8 weeks from the end of the offer period. Net qualifying purchases are defined as purchases excluding: price overrides, outside buys, core charges, credits, returns, penalties, rebates, allowances, other incentives and any and all unpaid invoiced amounts. Taxes, returns and core charges are excluded from AWS. Additional discounts do not apply. Prepaid Visa® Cards can only be delivered to a valid US street shipping address. Delivery cannot be made to a PO Box. AutoZone reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without notice.
